CUT

Cut is the most important, and most challenging, of the four Cs to understand. The cat has the greatest overall influence on a diamond’s beauty. It should be noted that when we speak about the cut we are more interested in the proportions of the diamond as opposed to its shape. The cut has five grades: Ideal cut, Very good cut, Good cut, Fair cut and Poor cut
COLOR

Diamonds come naturally in every color of the rainbow. A diamond’s color grade actually refers to the lack of color. Meaning, as the diamonds containing little or no color at all, they will receive higher quality grades than those with visible color. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) rates the body color in white diamonds from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow)
CLARITY

The clarity of a diamond is determined by the amount and location of flaws, or blemishes, in the diamond when viewed under 10 power (10x) magnification. The clarity has five grades:
IF (Internally Flawless)- no internal flaws.
VVS (Very very slightly included)- very difficult to detect under 10x magnification.
VS (very slightly included)- seen only with difficulty under 10x magnification.
SI (Slightly Included)- more easily detected under 10x magnification.
I (Included)- visible under 10x magnification as well as to the human eye
